Kitchens for good volunteer hub. We serve 200 300 people from 11am to 12pm Monday through Friday. All volunteers must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for three hours. We have weekday and weekend volunteer opportunitiesperfect for individuals and groupshelping prepare food donations for distribution and distributing food at mobile food pantries.

One Love Soup Kitchen do fantastic work in Southend using local volunteers to prepare meals and provide clothing and outreach programmes to those less fortunate and we are very excited to be able to support them and all the good. On Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-4pm Two Good host corporate volunteering days in our kitchen. MUST BE 18 to sign-up as a volunteer. Depending on your numbers a typical day has you making 100 of our Two Good lunches that will go off to the refuges we support.
The soup kitchen is open every Thursday between 530pm and 9pm. We are glad youve joined us and hope youll find your volunteer service with Kitchens for Good to be both meaningful and rewarding. You can volunteer as an individual or a group 5-20 volunteers.
Support Food Lifelines efforts to provide food to our communities by helping us distribute emergency food boxes through various locations or by packing food in our warehouse. Aside from our Kitchen shifts minors aged 16-17 may volunteer on their own if they have a vehicle that remains on campus during service or they are with another volunteer 16 who. We currently do not have public volunteer shifts available at our Community Kitchen Pantry in Harlem or at our Warehouse Distribution Center in the Bronx.
